Dave Knoll - Co-Owner

After receiving his bachelor's degree in construction management from Ferris State University, Dave began his career with local builders in the Chicagoland area.

Dave moved up the ladder in construction, working for national builders and building hundreds of homes a year. At the pinnacle of Dave’s career, he was the Vice President of construction.

After working together for eight years, Dave and Tony decided to start Incredible Builders, Inc.

Tony Cutrona - Co-Owner

Tony began his career in customer service, working at several high-profile companies.

After receiving his certifications in construction management from Northern Illinois University, Tony pursued a career in the home building industry. Overseeing the building of hundreds of homes for a large Chicagoland builder. Later being promoted to Vice President of Customer Service before venturing out on his own.

In his spare time, Tony enjoys golf, traveling with his family, and coaching sports.
